Brighton Fringe, 6th May – 5th June

If you are looking for one of the most bustling comedy festivals in the South of the United Kingdom, then this is the one tha tyou have to attend. More then 50% of the acts that perform at the festival are local to Brighton and Hove. It hosts performances from both new and well established acts. The event also keeps getting bigger by the year, last year saw 787 individual events across 174 venues. About: If you are looking for an improvised comedy show with a difference then this is the show that you have to go and see. The theme is loosely based on the murder mystery, however, it is a different story each night as it is all based on the audience suggestions. If you are wanting  to be entertained on the spot, then this is the show for you.

About: This is a very different type of comedy show so if you are looking for something different then this is the show for you. The Comedy pop-musical is about four 90’s girls who embark on a wild night of speed dating. It is broken down with pop anthems and ballads in between. So if you are looking for a nineties throw back show, then this is the one for you.

She is also a writer on Mock the Week and 8 Out of 10 Cats does Countdown so you know that she will tickle your rib cage.

About: Famously known for being the presenter of Balls of Steel, broadcaster and comedian Mark Dolan appears at the festival with this full feast of an hour show. The show is based around making his second half of his life better and has read all self help books that have been published to bring you this funny outtake on life.
