Back in the late nineties, this boy band was taking the world by storm and what do you do when this happens? You release a Christmas album to keep the sales coming in left right and centre.
The album Home For Christmas by N*Sync was released exclusively in the United states on 10th November 1998 and was the second album after their debut. In 2014 it was marked that the album has sold 2.8 million copies in the USA and is the 15th best selling Chrsitmas album. It has also sold 4 million worldwide.
The single Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays was the first and only single to be released from the album. The song charted at number 37 in the official harts. There was a music video as well for the single that made references to things such as Different Strokes and even has Gary Coleman dressed up as an elf throughout.
