Three years ago i bought a book in Tampa which is meant to be a great for creative like minds and for the past three years I have made it my New Years Resolution to complete it. The book is called 642 Things To Write About by The San Francisco Writers Grotto. I never got round to writing many of them so what’s a better way then getting through them then writing a few as an article each week! Enjoy!

47. The time you were the most terrified-your knees were knocking, your heart was racing, you could barely stand to be in your own skin

I hate turbulence on a plane and one thing I can’t stand is when it is really bad. There was a time flying back from America where the turbulence was really bad that it was a horrible experience.

However the worst experience is when you are flying alone and it happens, i was on a flight from Southampton to Newcastle the turbulence got really bad when we were lining up to land, it was horrible and was shaking so much.

48. The difference between the first death you remember and the most recent one

The first death i remember is when my rabbit died when i was around 3 he got eaten by a fox. I don’t remember a lot apart from a letter that was sent by ‘bunny heaven’ telling me where Smokey had gone.

Back in December 2015, i met a local poet / comedian of Newcastle. Whilst we didn’t really talk very much we would talk now and again so i could promote his shows in this blog and he would sometimes message me some cheerful sayings now and again. Last year I found out that he died in a tragic accident on holiday and it was really sad to hear as he was a very different sort of individual and was really admired for his work and his words. Rest in Peace Mark.

49. Write a review of a novel or memoir you’ve never written

There all laughing at you, most people that would not be for them, but for this writer, its what they want, to make people laugh, the bigger the laugh, the better the show.

This is the story of a girl and her journey through television and comedy and the great experiences on the way as well as the uphill struggle at times.

Read the stories of what made this girl fall in love with the world of editing and how comedy and stand up changed this girls life forever, in the book titled Edit Life – Behind the Laughter.
